work it gurl

I feel like I have probably used that title before..
I also feel like it kinda reads like "working girl" aka hooker...

everybody needs a workout partner


after quitting my CrossFit gym a little over a month ago,
I have been having a pretty difficult time with weight gain and laziness.
I have the time, I just do not have the drive.
 recently my husband [Aaron] has really been taking on a healthy lifestyle.
there is nothing more motivating than the person you love the most making healthy changes.
I think the best way for me to approach the situation of getting back on track is making weekly goals.
weekly goals that I post about and then follow up on. 
I feel like judgement really drives me more than anything else, and I think that is true for most.
